Φ CSF Laboratory 3.7 - Cerebrospinal Fluid Analysis

Φ CSF - the Name

The Greek letter Φ is used as a symbol in mathematics and in the arts to denote the perfect or 'golden' ratio. Φ was chosen as a symbol for our CSF Laboratory software because the CSF analysis is firmly based on the analysis of ratios of liquor over serum concentrations.

CSF Laboratory is a desktop application to support the evaluation and interpretation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) related laboratory parameters.

CSF Laboratory is available in the following languages:

CSF Laboratory is a knowledge based system created in long-term collaboration with Prof. Hansotto Reiber of Göttingen, Germany, the internationally leading expert in CSF analysis.

CSF in the Laboratory

CSF Laboratory has been developed for medium and small laboratories or clinics where the CSF evaluation is not part of the daily routine. These sites often do not have a laboratory information system (LIS) for CSF data.

To archive and maintain data, the CSF Laboratory software is shipped with an SQL database.
